Subscriptions
Jaivik Butti is a subscription delivered weekly or twice-weekly by the plan you choose. You top up a Jaivik Wallet, and each basket is paid from it when you confirm it, or at its cut-off if you don't. Baskets are customisable before each delivery.
Pricing
Basket prices are steady through the year. Add-on products beyond your basket are charged at their listed price; extra kilos at pro-rata pricing.
Skipping a basket
You can skip any basket up to the cut-off before its delivery day. A skipped basket isn't sent and isn't charged, and anything already taken for it returns to your Jaivik Wallet. Founding subscribers keep their founding price while their subscription is active.
Delivery
We deliver across Bengaluru from Lalbagh. Communities of 10 homes can arrange delivery on a fixed day regardless of distance, at the same basket price.
Fresh produce
As baskets contain fresh, seasonal produce, exact contents vary with the season; any unavailability is intimated in advance. Perishable items can't be returned once delivered — if anything isn't right, tell us and we'll make it good.
