Jaivik Butti is a fresh-produce subscription delivered by our own team in Bengaluru.
Where we deliver
We deliver from Jaivik Mall, Lalbagh, Bengaluru, to homes within 14 km of Lalbagh, and Electronic City. Your delivery fee depends on the distance band your pincode falls in, and it is shown to you before you pay — never added afterwards.

The fee is charged per delivery, so it follows how often your basket comes: a once-a-week basket has 4 deliveries a month, a twice-a-week basket has 8. A ₹40 band on a twice-weekly plan is ₹320 a month, not ₹160. Your monthly total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
If your area isn't listed yet, leave your details on the basket page and we'll come to you as the community grows. Bring ten homes together and we deliver at the same basket price, whatever the distance.
When we deliver
Your basket is harvested to order and reaches you within 16 hours of harvest. We agree your delivery day with you on WhatsApp when your subscription starts, and it stays the same each week unless you ask us to change it.
Deliveries are made during the day. We message you on WhatsApp before your basket is packed and again when it is on its way, so you know when to expect it.
Changing what comes — the 4:30 pm cut-off
Every basket opens for customising before delivery. You can swap, drop or add anything until 4:30 pm IST on the day before your delivery. After that the basket is locked, because that is the moment the harvest is planned against what you asked for.
If you do nothing, your usual basket ships at the cut-off. Groceries are paid from your Jaivik Wallet when you add them, and you can change them until 4:00 am IST on the delivery day. Anything added after the basket's cut-off is a late add: we pack it if we can, or it goes with your next delivery. If no basket is coming that day, groceries can travel on their own for your area's delivery fee.
Skipping and travelling
You can skip any basket from your account until the cut-off, 4:30 pm IST the day before, with no limit. A skipped basket isn't sent and isn't charged, so you never pay for a delivery you didn't get.
If a delivery can't be completed
If nobody is available at your door, our rider will call you on the number on your subscription. If we still can't reach you, we'll message you on WhatsApp the same day and agree the next step with you directly — we don't leave fresh produce unattended.
If something arrives that isn't right — short weight, damaged or missing produce — tell us on WhatsApp on the day of delivery and we will make it good. Because baskets hold fresh, perishable produce, items can't be returned once delivered.
Seasonal availability
Baskets follow the season, so exact contents vary. If something you chose isn't in the harvest, it doesn't go in your crate, and we don't put something else in its place. Your WhatsApp on the day and your receipt say what didn't come. Your basket is charged on what was actually packed: weight that didn't come goes back into your Jaivik Wallet at the per-kilo rate for extra weight, and a grocery item we couldn't send is refunded to your wallet in full.
