Availability follows the season — if something isn't coming, we tell you before your delivery. You can also add organic grains, cold-pressed oils, rice, spices, honey, jaggery, A2 ghee and country eggs to any basket — they ride along, no delivery fee.

Good to know

Not part of the basket

Apple, pomegranate, mango, dragon fruit, avocado and exotic greens or vegetables sit outside the subscription — they aren't grown by our farmers. You can still add them as extras.

Want more than what's included?

Add as much as you like to any delivery. Anything beyond your included weight is charged at the same steady rate, settled once at month end — never a surprise.

What if I'm travelling?
Pause any week from your account — up to four weeks in a cycle — without losing your slot or your founding price. Paused weeks carry forward; you never lose what you've paid for.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Within 12 km of Jaivik Mall, Lalbagh — free under 7 km, ₹40 per delivery for 7–10 km, ₹60 per delivery for 10–12 km. Farther out? Gather 10 homes and we deliver anyway, same price.
Can I change my basket size or frequency?
Any time, from your account. Move between Small, Medium and Large, or switch between once- and twice-a-week delivery — changes apply from your next delivery cycle.
How do I customise what comes?
Every basket opens for customising before delivery. Swap, drop or add anything until 6:00 pm IST the day before. Do nothing and your usual basket ships.
How do I pay?
Monthly, up front, by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Any extra weight you added during the month is settled once at month end, before you renew.
