Availability follows the season — if something isn't coming, we tell you before your delivery. You can also add organic grains, cold-pressed oils, rice, spices, honey, jaggery, A2 ghee and country eggs to any basket — they ride along, no delivery fee.

Good to know

Not part of the basket

Apple, pomegranate, mango, dragon fruit, avocado and exotic greens or vegetables sit outside the subscription — they aren't grown by our farmers. You can still add them as extras.

Want more than what's included?

Add as much as you like to any delivery. Anything beyond your included weight is charged at the same steady rate from your Jaivik Wallet when you confirm that basket, or at its cut-off — never a surprise.

What if I'm travelling?

Skip any basket from your account until 4:30 pm the day before — one tap, and you can undo it until then. A skipped basket isn't sent and isn't charged. If you'd already confirmed it, or it was paid for earlier, the full amount goes straight back into your Jaivik Wallet. There's no limit, and your slot and your founding price stay.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Within 14 km of Jaivik Mall, Lalbagh, and Electronic City — free under 7 km, ₹40 per delivery for 7–10 km, ₹60 per delivery for 10–14 km and ₹100 per delivery in Electronic City. Farther out? Gather 10 homes and we deliver anyway, same price.

Can I change my basket size or frequency?

Any time, from your account. Move between Small, Medium and Large, or switch between once- and twice-a-week delivery. The change applies from your next basket that hasn't locked — including one you've already confirmed, with the difference taken from or returned to your Jaivik Wallet.

How do I customise what comes?

Every basket opens for customising two days before its cut-off. Swap, drop or add anything, then tap Confirm to settle it from your Jaivik Wallet. You can keep changing it until 4:30 pm IST the day before, and only the difference moves. Do nothing and your usual basket ships at the cut-off.

What if the weight isn't exact?

Vegetables can't be cut to the gram. We weigh your butti when it's packed, and any weight above what you chose comes out of your Jaivik Wallet at ₹100/kg — the same rate as extra weight you add yourself. Nothing to pay at delivery.

How do I pay?

You pay through a Jaivik Wallet: top it up by UPI, card or netbanking — at least one month of baskets at a time — and each basket is paid from it when you confirm it, or at its cutoff, 4:30 pm the day before delivery, if you don't. Deliveries run on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Skip any basket until 4:30 pm the day before: a skipped basket isn't sent and isn't charged — if you'd already confirmed it, the full amount goes straight back to your wallet — and nothing is paid at the door.
