Organic food is a healthy choice. But the biggest struggle is finding a trusted credible source of organic food in your own city. Our struggle started similarly. Is the produce indeed organic? Locally sourced food is fresh, healthy and good for the planet with a low carbon footprint. But do we know where the food on our table is coming from? Certified organic products are available but where are they sourcing it from? Another big problem is the trust factor, in an industry prone to rampant adulteration, how good is the food indeed? These questions and more led us on the journey of Simple Soul.
Over the past year and a half, we have carefully curated verified sources of certified organic farmers to bring affordable & wholesome organic chemical-free groceries, toxin-free personal and home care products which are traceable to their source.

Safe Food
Jaivik Krishik Society was established under the aegis of Government of Karnataka’s Horticulture Dept in 2004 at Lalbagh, Bengaluru. One of the main objectives of the society is to promote sustainable farming practices and to bring primary food producers and consumers under one platform to share safe food! The society procures the produce from its federation of 1500 organic farmers in Karnataka and is marketed under the brand name 'Jaivik Karnataka’.
We have nearly 400 products, including pulses. cereals, handpicked heirloom vegetables, traditional rice, cold pressed oils, desi cow ghee, value added products made with utmost care.
In the coming days , we are planning to work with farmers to increase adoption of agro-ecological farming practices and bring their produce to the doorsteps of consumers. In this endeavor your support to Jaivik society would go a long way in encouraging farmers to produce safe food by supporting them with better prices. We wholeheartedly welcome your suggestions you may have for us.
